Hi! My name is Jessica Wang, and I am a senior at St. Agnes Academy. Learning has always been an anchor in my life, and reading quickly became the way I explored new ideas and perspectives. Growing up with access to strong educational resources made me realize how transformative learning can be, and it also made me aware of how many children lack the same opportunities. Through BestBridgeToHeart, I hope to share the joy and confidence that education has brought me with students who deserve the same chances to grow.

My experience with BestBridgeToHeart has strengthened my communication, teamwork, patience, and critical-thinking skills. From volunteer events and fundraising initiatives to building mini libraries, I’ve seen how meaningful and lasting the impact of community work can be. One of my favorite programs is the Olga Leonard Elementary School Scholarship, which continues to expand as we encourage young readers and writers to pursue opportunities and develop their skills. I believe deeply in providing students with the resources and support they need to reach their full potential and grow into thoughtful, impactful changemakers.

Outside of school, I am a small business owner, dancer, and podcaster, using my creative work to explore my journey with dance, personal growth, and mental health. On any given day, you can find me improvising in a quiet studio, walking my dog under the sun, grabbing boba with friends, or crafting handmade ballet tiaras for my shop.
